Mr. Wyatt Geist has an impressive track record as one of the world’s leading distributors of medical device technologies in the orthopedic field. He successfully started the award-winning distributorship, Roundtable Medical, and put a more intensive focus on developing a portfolio of intellectual property. In 2004 he was Co-Founder of the lead selling distributorship for NuVasive, a top tier medical device manufacturer in spine. He grew NuVasive from zero to $20 million in annual sales. Mr. Geist served as the Founder, CEO and Chairman of Safewire and as the inventor of Safewire’s premier orthopedic guidewire product, the Y-Wire. Mr. Geist purchased and redesigned an existing expandable interbody spinal fusion cage and launched the company Accelus, for which he served as CIO, President, Co-founder, and board member. Under his leadership, the company grew from $0 to almost $50 million in sales. He was awarded 2 Best New Products in Spine awards from ROY, as well as Distributor of the Year. To date, he has submitted over 20 patents.

Mr. Grawey has accumulated significant experience in pharmaceutical, neurosurgical, and intra-operative robotics throughout his career. Mr. Grawey has gained extensive knowledge in the modern application of neurosurgical and orthopedic techniques, the sales process, and business development strategy. Mr. Grawey strategically focuses on healthcare portfolio companies that seek to increase the efficiency and efficacy of healthcare, specifically through advancements in technology, using ethical and sustainable business practices, that provide the highest level of healthcare to the largest volume of people at the highest possible value. He has previously held a position as a senior territory sales representative for Medtronic and most recently the Director of Commercial Development at Accelus Inc.

John earned his master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNC-Charlotte. He has 18 years’ experience in developing implant and instrument systems for the orthopedic industry.

Brian has more than 25 years in medical device experience in various roles in operations, sales, and marketing. He has held the title of COO at Flower Orthopedics and Lombard Medical Technologies. Brian has also held high level titles at B. Braun, Aesculap, Orthofix, Centinel Spine, and Accelus. During his time at those companies Brian has had experience with commercialization and launch of more than 20 medical devices.
